About Steven Jernigan
My wife and I are both Notaries and NSA's operating out of our Farmers Insurance Office for over 30 years. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm and available on Saturdays by appointment only. Our office also offers California Livescan Fingerprints Service during the above hours of operation. Our Notary fee in the office is $10 per signature and Livescan Fees vary according to type of background check requested.
